To me, this is an above average stage 2 Pokemon card, I like that it has a good hp, and two great moves, both moves can do tons of damage which is always what you want from a stage 2 Pokemon card

Be extremely cautious with marketplace listings from unknown sellers offering deals significantly below market value
ideal centring is 50/50, but minor deviations are allowed depending on the grader
